OUR WARRANTY

The patients are given 2 years of warranty from the end of the plan of treatment on every filling and denture made in our Dental Clinic.

We give one year security on the periodontal rails (splinting) and relaxation ones.

5 – 10 years of warranty is given on implant treatment (the time of warranty is defined by the doctor who made the implantation).

In case of endodontic treatment immediately after implantation the warranty is given only on filling.

The warranty is valid when the patient undertakes the regular control visits ( 1^st visit after 3 months from the end of treatment, next after 6 months) during which the patient will be treated with scaling, sanding, fluoridation and revision.

The warranty does not cover the temporary works such as crowns, bridges etc, and the works about which the patient was informed about the lack or limitation of warranty. There is no warranty on the breaks of the crowns of teeth between the visits of the ongoing endodontic treatment, the damages that occurred because of the natural atrophy of bones and changes of paradontium of temporary denture, immediate denture and inflammatory state after the extraction of a tooth.

The warranty expires when the mechanical damages occur and in case of not following the suggestions of the doctor (control visits etc.).

The prosthetic pieces have to be picked up by the patient in 2 weeks time from the moment the prosthetic laboratory finishes them. (This is because of the possible rotation and movement of teeth). The other condition of the warranty is making all the changes and corrections in our Dental Centre.
